It depends on the tour; drinks and tapas or food are included; some include transfers, each of the products describes the services included.

Our cancellation policy specifies what can be done in this case. We always try to give maximum flexibility in cases of cancellations due to the circumstances.

Children ages 9 and up are welcome on our tours and open experiences. To private tours, any age is welcome. Only alcoholic beverages are served to adults.

We do not take care of consular procedures, but if you come for a business trip (to a fair or congress, for example) and you need an invitation letter, we can issue one for you. Always check with your local consulate the requirements.

Please notify us of allergies/intolerances to our email in advance so that we can design a special menu for you, as well as if you are a vegetarian, vegan, among others. 

We accept most credit cards but if you want to pay via bank transfer or bizum, you can write to us to give you the information.
