In every neighborhood, on every street, Madrid always surprises with fresh, new, interesting proposals. It is difficult to keep up with the new premises and although we always want to see what's new, there are corners that invite us to always repeat.

In my case they are:

  • La Perejilla, in the Cava Baja. Mussels with sauce and toasts with unique flavors can be enjoyed in a strikingly colored environment, in a small and charming place that fills up as soon as it opens.
  • El Pez Tortilla: It has several venues (Malasaña, La Latina) but none disappoint with their flavored tortillas, their craft beers and very low prices. Amazing atmosphere and music guaranteed!
  • La Ardosa (Malasaña): a hundred-year-old bar with grilled artichokes and an extremely famous tortilla.
  • El Doble (Ponzano): beers and seafood tapas in a place where people don't mind crowding together to enjoy a typical Madrid atmosphere.
  • Perritxo: a famous cooked donut that surprises with its flavor and originality is the flagship tapa of this place.
  • La Daniela (several venues in Madrid Centro): Stew tapa in a place set in the purest traditional style.
  • La Dolores (Barrio de Las Letras): with its own beer, it is a place with typical Madrid decoration.

A Madrid to discover and taste!
